This interior renovation of an office located at Woodway and Chimney Rock involves a thoughtful transformation of an old office building, integrating modern design elements while preserving its historical charm. One key design feature is the use of perforated metal on the stair rail, which adds a sleek, industrial aesthetic while providing functional benefits. The perforated metal enhances the stair's visual appeal, creating a dynamic texture that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding architecture. Additionally, the perforated design allows for light filtration and a sense of openness, without compromising safety or privacy. In the atrium, a criss-cross staircase serves as a striking focal point, adding an element of bold geometry that invites movement between floors.
